Spring is almost here! What better way to start spring than to discuss the 2024 spring fashion trends that everyone will fall head over heels for?
Save the effort in trying to figure out exactly what’s trending this spring and start looking for all right fashion pieces that serve as inspiration for your next look.
I’ve personally dabbled into some of these fashion trends and I do have some favorites but also have some that are not my style. However, just because they’re not my style doesn’t mean they can’t be for someone else!
I’m so excited to show you the top 2024 spring fashion trends that will be trending everywhere!
2024 Spring Fashion Trends
1. Pink & Ribbons
Bows and the color pink will continue to be popular in the spring. Any type of embellished ribbons or coquette-style pieces are something to look out for this coming season.
I love this trend as I own some ribbon pieces and I would recommend it to anyone who loves the super feminine look.
You can also look for accessories like bows for your hair, pearl necklaces, lacey socks, or anything light-colored pink.

2. Kitten Heels
Kitten heels are now trending for the spring. No need to worry about wearing tall heels when these kitten heels are made to make any outfit look phenomenal. Choose from a feminine-style pink bow mule or a more chic plain red slingback.
Kitten heels are so comfortable to wear and way less painful after wearing them out compared to a higher heel. Highly recommend wearing them to brunch with friends or even on a date.
Popular kitten heel colors that will also be trending this spring are red, white, and chromatic.

3. Quiet Luxury
Quiet luxury was popular in 2023 and it will continue to be popular through the spring. When you think of quiet luxury you think of old money or the wealthy side of New York. It’s all about embracing those simple pieces that have no types of brands or symbols embellished on them.
I’ve personally been loving this type of look for many years now. This is my fashion staple when going out to eat with friends or family. I love to wear this type of style when there is an elegant but casual outing.
The color palette for the quiet luxury has a lot of muted, dark, and warm tones.

4. Large Bags
Goodbye, mini bags. Hello, extra large bags! Yes, extra large bags will be the new accessory for the spring. This new accessory trend includes totes and extra-large purses.
If you don’t mind running into things with these purses then I would give it a go. I had a tote bag that was far too large and whenever I went through cramped spaces in stores I would accidentally knock things out of shelves. It’s embarrassing and I would rather suggest getting a bag that isn’t too wide but instead be far more taller than wide.
The recommendations below are large enough to fit both your laptops or iPads but they wouldn’t be wide enough to knock things out of shelves. Oops!

5. Romantic Florals
Romantic florals are gorgeous! Florals are usually expected to trend in the springtime to remind us of the time when all flowers bloom.
Wear the flowers on dresses, skirts, or blouses. Wear them on accessories, bags, and even shoes. However, I wouldn’t recommend overlapping the styles too much. A good way to wear floral is to balance it out with a plain-colored shoe or other clothing item.
Florals are so interesting and are suitable for anyone. It’s all about finding the floral pattern you would look best in and the particular style of clothing. I tend to choose more romantic styles of clothes when I tend to go for florals. This can look like blouses that have ruffles, lace, and ribbon.

6. Corporate
We are taking corporate to the streets. Yes, the corporate suit is currently trending and will continue to trend in the spring. However, the colors will change to pastels and nudes.
So, take that free-flowing linen blazer and pantsuit out of the closet, or find the most casual corporate suit and use it in the springtime.
Blazers and slacks look great on everyone and make any simple top look elevated. I love the way slacks and blazers make me feel like I have my whole life figured out and I can take on the world.

7. Preppy
Preppy is back and stronger than ever! The preppy style can be defined as the rich person at school who loved to wear plaid patterned vests or did some type of equestrian sport.
Think of Ralph Lauren, Lacoste, and Tory Burch. All these brands have successfully made the preppy style. Preppy can be worn both dressed up or dressed down.
The preppy look is sort of similar to quiet luxury but it includes more button-up shirts and plaid patterns.

8. Sporty Vibes
Dress like sporty spice this springtime and look for some windbreaker outfits that will go well during the rainy season.
By adding some cargo pants to your outfit and pairing them with a sneaker it quickly turns into a very sporty outfit.
I love to wear this on those days when I want to go out very casually or to run some quick errands.

9. Accessories Overload
Accessories continue to be popular this year, especially big, chunky, and gold jewelry. Overlap your necklaces, wear multiple bracelets, or use your biggest earrings from your jewelry box.
It’s time for those who love big chunky jewelry to shine! An overload of jewelry is a very good sign your outfit already looks great. Don’t be scared and experiment with your accessories.
Silver jewelry and having a nice pair of sunglasses are also a part of this trend.

10. Platform sneakers
Platform sneakers were pretty popular last year and I would say this springtime too. These sneakers are so versatile and make any outfit look cute.
Wear them with dresses, rolled-up jeans, or a skirt. The choices are endless for these types of sneakers.

11. Western Wear
Western wear has also been popular since last year and it will be coming back this spring and summer.
I have never worn cowboy boots but they look so good on so many girls that I’ve been convinced of buying some myself.
The Western-style trend also includes any type of clothing or accessory like a bolo tie, cowboy hat, belts, fringe jackets, etc.
